The Capital Letter is used  in the following ways.

1. Capitalized the first letter of a sentence.

Example: Ama is at the hospital.

2. The Capital Letter is used when writing people's names and titles.
Example: Ato, Musa, President Mills, Esi, Memuna, etc.

3. The Capital Letter is used when writing names of countries, nationalities, places, religions, languages.
Example: Ghana, Russian, Christian, Muslim, Twi, Fante, Dagomba, Sisala, Hausa, French, German, etc.

4. The Capital Letter is names of Months, Days, Festivals, etc.
Example: May,  April, Monday, Tuesday, Kundum,  Ahobar Kesse,

5. The Capital Letter is used for titles of Books, films, etc
Example: Deadly Voyage,  The Marriage of Anansewaa, etc

6. The Capital Letter is used for most Abbreviations.
Example: AU, UN, WHO, BECE, WASSCE, etc.

Finally,

7. The Capital Letter is used when writing the Personal Pronoun I.
Example: I am ten years old.
